    I believe so, not necessarily pretty face, but engaging one. and most important, it is good for branding, letting people know who we are. And yes I do get more clicks with my picture, then without.

    As the Owner/Admin of multiple Traffic Exchanges We like to reward all our members for their efforts with Fair Commissions. The best way to earn more is to Upgrade and is a fair practice. After all we need to have money coming in in order to pay the commissions.
