100% commissions is a fantastic incentive for new members to sign up. Many site owners realise they can afford not to make any profits on the front end since the extra numbers will make up for it in back-end sales, and in the long term via funneling into other programs, etc.

To be honest I stopped even following this thread for a while - I think this program's a waste of time

Adding that personal touch can make a huge difference, not just to your relationship with your referrals, but to your referrals' relationship with the program.

Marsha - to clear your cache in Chrome click the three little dots top right of screen and click 'history' then 'clear browsing data'. You will then be given a choice which data you wish to clear and which you wish to keep. Just make sure the 'clear cookies' option is UN-ticked and you should keep all your saved passwords.

Hi Stephen, First thing I notice about your site is the header - to be honest it could be a lot more eye-catching and professional-looking. If it looks as though you care enough about the site to put in the time and effort to create a great design then that will encourage more people to check it out. Next thing I noticed - there is an announcement reading: "All payment processor buttons disabled until Relaunch October 8, 2016. Signup FREE and build your team NOW!" Obviously that's out of date now... I can understand you may be getting a bit disheartened but if you keep tweeking and working at the site I believe you can make it work... but not if you have out-of-date announcements on there. After all, if it looks like you've abandoned the site how will members expect to be paid? Finally, when a site like yours is new and doesn't have many members then (as Nigel Barksfield said) sending out emails to the member base isn't initially going to be an incentivizing factor. What is going to draw people in is the chance to make big commissions by promoting the site as an affiliate. Think about reviewing your commissions rates - as they stand at the moment they aren't providing that much of an incentive for people to join and upgrade. There are a lot of sites using the same script that offer much better commissions, and you're offering the same cut to free members when a referral upgrades as you are to JV and SuperJV members. At the moment I can't see much of a reason to upgrade. I hope you don't take these suggestions as a criticism - I think your site does have potential - just needs a little more work. Once you get it right you are likely to find more IMers with large lists and downlines are going to want to promote it for you and that's when it will start to grow...

Absolutely... viral programs like this are a team effort. Once you've put in the work to build your team that work will be rewarded as your team generates traffic for you. The bigger the team you build, the better the results you will see and the more hands-free automated traffic you will receive in the long run. But if you don't put in a little work to promote the program initially it's obviously not going to produce any traffic for you.

Great news this morning - after being offline for a couple of days my favourite traffic exchange is back!
