First - Name of your campaign. Can be anything. It is just for your reference. Second - the image of your banner. You can find them in member's area. Any site which can deliver traffic is valuable to any marketer. The art of converting what is deemed "junk" traffic to sales is an art which cannot be learnt in a day. Safelists work if you use them the right way and for me, my most effective method is building an email list. Safelists exist for marketers because they are proven to bring traffic and results. Safelists exist for owners because it is a way to build a list and a way of growing the list fast with the help of affiliates. However if the owners are focusing on themselves and not the members, the safelist will usually not last long. Just my 2 cents...

I believe that it does not matter how often you mail your list, as long as you are providing real value to them. I have signed up to multiple lists, and there are a few people whose mails I am always looking out for because I know that they always provide value, new knowledge, new skills or programs which will be of help to me. Realising this, I now focus on providing value to my list instead of worrying how frequent should I message them. Of course, at the end of the day, you are building a list to make sales. I find that a simple P.S. will generate clicks to your offers and eventually convert too. Make the offers at the P.S. relevant to the mail you are sending out and I am sure you will see more conversions.

My strategy in using traffic exchanges has always been building my own list with them. Once they are on my list, my first few follow up emails will be delivering what was promised and my primary program. Subsequently, I will be sending them emails whenever I update my blog to get traffic to my blog. I am not good with SEO's thus I find this method better for me. When a new program is launched which I think will benefit them, I will then send out an offer. Usually, I will get sign ups to new programs via this method while only promoting one page which is my squeeze page. Utilising this method, it takes out the headache of thinking which program to promote next and etc. I get greater conversions when promoting my own squeeze page. When there are buyers in your list, you will notice that these buyers will be keen to join the programs you promote and they will usually take upgrades, earning you commissions in the long run. As for which traffic exchanges work, you need to track your conversions. The 2 traffic exchanges which has never failed to deliver sign ups for me are: 1. Traffic Ad Bar 2. Hit 2 Hit 3.
