For residents of the U.S., PayPal is probably still #1 because it has no receive fees vs. it would cost the equivalent of about a 2% fee (at Coinbase) to change Bitcoin to USD.
Oh yeah, I remember that one. I joined shortly before it collapsed; I think I sent them a small amount like $50 and was around breakeven when the scam was discovered. I think the owner went to prison.

You might be able to receive money via Payoneer's Global Payment Service with just a 1% fee. To transfer money to your bank account, it would then likely cost about $1.50.
