  1. Any updates from RR? I got none, and its been over 3 weeks now. I wonder how some company can just abandon their business totally and not provide a word about it. Anyway, I am filing a complaint with https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx. MOney is one thing but the attitude is outrageous!

  3. Just to add... My bank need to cancel my card JUST TO STOP their continuos payment. This is outright fraud when merchants can continue charging you and not providing services to you and not responding to you.
  4. Hi equilibria, Sorry for the late response as I was travelling. Yes the optin form did not performed correctly just like you mentioned and that is it says that the Gmail is an invalid Email. As as far as replies to support tickets is concerned, there are NONE to date. So I guess they are going out of business. I am reaching out to my bank to report this as fraud.
  5. I have not been getting any response to my tickets from rocket responder for the last 7 days. 5 follow ups from me was also ignored. Got the trial in May and decided to continue for the month of June. In mid June I noticed my opt in form was not performing correctly and sent them a support ticket but till today there is NO response. I also sent a request to cancel my account but no response to that either. This is definitely not good. Hope to get some help here.
