Reading this is a good thread with some good alternatives and while I also use apsense in terms of a good alternative to Facebook, I have found that this is a great community and works on the same or similar lines as Facebook, plus you get email notifications in your inbox too, which is something I like. Well worth Trying in my book

I'm Dave, I have been here for a while and am based in the UK. I've been working online since 2009 Professionally.I gave up a secure shift job in law enforcement to work online. I chose to make online my career Since then I have had two Mentors. Mike Dillard was the First, the second is The Internet Millionaire, whose website and list building techniques have continued to allow me to work online and earn income the smart way I thoroughly enjoy the buzz of Direct Sales and having a residual income, which means I work when I want to work now, as opposed to having to work

MC is a very good forum, which has the unique concept of allowing members to get traffic by providing a email of Forum Digests. Well worth having as part of your marketing
-
Or of course you can get evergreen traffic from the largest traffic exchange of all, which gives me tons of leads and conversations, with zero clicking on ads YouTube... It's awesome

Any Traffic Exchange, which is ranked by Hoopla, are considered well worth using, especially the top ranked ones.

I would agree with the thread on TW, I had an account with them on and off for years and promoted the backside out of it, both online and off, with zero success, which I found hard to take because I can get leads no problem AWeber, I didn't like their customer service and they suspended my account for no reason at all, for 48 Hours, then said I could use it again with no reason for the suspension, even though I asked several tiems and phoned them, no valid reason was given. Get Response pretty much the same as AWeber Active Campaign good for blogs but expensive In the end I chose the one that is on my blog recommended page and blow me down with a feather, it has proven to be the best of the lot, I have no complaints with it at all.More than pays for itself

Great answers in this thread and to add into the mix, choose evergreen products that have been around for years, because that adds to your credibility online and helps build your name as a brand of trustowrthiness. For years, I followed two main people online, Mike Dillard, initially through Magnetic Sponsoring and Simon Stepsys as he is a fellow Brit. I learned from both. Mike taught me what I wrote in the first line and Simon, taught me not to promote opps, he didn't directly say that, but it was through his 'always promoting the next best thing' that I learned not to do that, even though one of the opps earned me $80,000 Around £60,000 Net, which in turn brought me and my lovely wife a holiday home. So stick to building your own name brand, because online people follow and buy people based on credibility and use a mix of promos for advertising, make sure that that includes a blog.

Forums were the first social media sites that I used
davehayes replied to captkirk's topic in Social Media
Tommie, great post and one I would agree with, given that we have both been online for around the same period of time. I found forums initially through Joel Broughtons PIF4P site, then progressed to BetterNetworker which brought me a stack of leads for magnetic sponsoring. doing exactly as you say, turning up daily and sharing knowledge. Thanks for sharing -

Do Blogs Really Advertise for You 24/7?
davehayes replied to Paula Frye's topic in Content Writing and Blogging
Blogs are a natural progression for any affiliate in my book. Reason being, as stated by others in this thread is that they can be used to document your own progress online, showcase what works and what doesn't and are a great place for you to use Banner Advertising, be that Google Adwords, or affiliate marketing banners. You can also write generic information on one page. or post then share that post with others quite easily, which in turn drives lot s of traffic to your blog. I have been using WordPress since 2009 and have built a fairly nice easy on the eye blog that has a mix of both, to show an example. As for blogger well yes it is free and easy to use, but the downside of it is that you don't actually own it which is highlighted in this article Applied Education is the Difference -
I login and use Leadsleap daily and it pays me daily as well, with some very nice commissions

Coinbase is the starting point for learning and earning about Crypto. You can also transfer your assets out of it to either paypal or bank. I did so last week, transferring just under $200 out of it to pay pal. If you are ab affiliate of Coinbase as I am then you earn $10 which nets down to around $7 and sits in your account til you decided what to do with it Coinpayments works in a similar way

This is a good thread with some great answers. For me the easiest way to make money online is through Bitcoin(BTC) Its the only way I know that you can start with zero investment, earn money from mining, which then gets transferred into a Freebitcoin account which earns 4% Interest, that can then be transferred into Coinbase, where you can do multiple things with it I like the idea of money working for me, instead of working for money

The forum is a good starting point for sure.Welcome aboard. I'd have to say that the absolute key to online success, without any question is to have your own membership site. Its the way the so called gurus do it. There are two ways to it. The first one is by getting a custom script done for you. The better way to start is with Prosperity Marketing System, which lets you earn 100% Commissions and build your own list. I've been using it a while and its good, highly recommended

Coinbase and Coinpayments are two different BTC models. Coinbase allows you to receive BTC and Crypto payments into it, which you can then use to buy other Crypto related products /services, or to trade with.It is also a good platform on which to learn and earn about BTC and different Crypto currencies. You can also send Payments to other Processors, such as Paypal, as I understand it Coinpayments is purely a processor with which to receive BTC commissions, then redirect them to buy BTC advertising. Applied Education is the Difference

I would agree with this explanation as I have found this myself. Its certainly a good source of traffic, once you understand it

I have used EH4U on and Off, because they are ranked in TrafficHoopla However that said, I get opt ins on a regular basis from This Exchange and have done for a little while now Traffic is good quality and the leads stay with you

OnPassive and GoFounders thoughts

I am of the opinion that its not worth touching, since its been in 'launch' phase forever -
Social Media wise for me, its two platforms. Linkedin, because its there for exactly that doing business by recommendation and has been very fruitful for me since 2002, when it first started and I first joined it YouTube is my next favourite, because it lets you post good content and I get leads from it.

Since I wrote my last post, it seems everything is now up and running again with LAS. I had good regular dialogue with Frank Bauer the owner and what he says ties in with Darrens view of him. It seems commissions are due to be paid out now, with the preference being via BTC. BTC is not a bad way to get paid, because through BTC commission paying sites, there is the added incentive, if thats the right word to earn interest on commissions paid. From the efforts I have put into this type of marketing, the results are justifying the work

Who on here uses Herculist?
davehayes replied to chivs86's topic in Safelists, Mailers, Autoresponders
I have mixed views on HL. I am a free member, with one referral to it and commissions owing. I have had leads from it, but for me to upgrade, I have to see signs that it at least produces A lead from the free membeship, albeit its harder that way, but for me at the moment the jury is out- 41 replies

Matrixes are okay, as long as they are built the right way and the reason for building them is explained. Properly constructed matrixes, in list form can provide a good monthly income, which over time rises to provide more income than a job, in my view, as they offer structure
