He absolutely fell off a couple of years ago, I had been promoting through his mailers for many years until He began replicating His sites. He also ripped me off on my owed commissions a few times, until I got frustrated and had to put some Ummph into my communications with Him. He then refunded me my owed monies. Even still, I joined a few of his NEW mailers, total waste of time and effort. It's sad that people such as Matthew seem to think that their reputation and standing in this community of online marketers won't eventually catch on to this type of behavior.
