Question for program threads

Hi, I'm new here and was just wondering if a link to a gambling site under Program Threads is acceptable or not?  The programs on here look different from a gambling site but the one I would link has a nice affiliate and marketing back office.

I think, links to gambling sites are not allowed on Program Threads.
