The subject title is a quick way for me to open and delete your ad instantly once I realize that they're promoting their site and I didn't make a sale from them...

 

I highly recommend to never use that subject title unless a person did make a sale...

 

Such a subject line can get you suspended at sites too.. being deceptive is a no-no.

Lately,whenever I opt in to something new I will intentionally mis-spell my name. Then if I start getting a bunch of spammy crap to the mis-spelled name I know right away which asshat has been sharing my info and I simply unsubscribe from everyone.

That's a simple yet brilliant play with the intentional misspell.

 

And...

 

"asshat" = one of the absolutely funniest things I've read this week!  :lol:

People market in lots of different ways.  i love marketing and advertising but i try to be as

ethical and moral as possible and it does bother me sometimes when people think un-creative manipulation

is "clever" or effective.
