hi edward I have already shared the opinion in team forum and what we should be looking ahead .Zubees or no zubees we will keep on working as a team for mutual benefit of everyone who is onboard our team.Even i would have loved to have each one of us getting paid out before christmas and new year.

Sorry everyone I've been sick in bed for going on two weeks, I'm finally getting better and catching up on tickets but I'm still about a week behind.

Some tips to get your tickets answered quicker would be to not make additional replies as the queue is based on the date of last response so replying puts it back on the bottom of the list, also creating additional tickets on the same issue just slows down all the other responses, if you have a ticket it will be answered as it was received, there were about 300 when I started working on them today.  Hopefully this week I can get all caught up and resume moving forward with all the other lingering problems.  I'd certainly like to have the queue completed by Christmas and we can start implementing new changes for all of my businesses in the new year.

That's somewhat encouraging he's only a week behind at this point. That should be manageable.
