If I have a decent size of money and time invested into a specific program or ad site, I really appreciate it when support responds to my query the very same day.

 

I understand that if I am a free member, then I might have to wait a bit longer in the queu, but if I am a paid upgraded member I expect to be treated accordingly.

For me it is a top requirement. Whether as a free or upgraded member I want to get something fixed ASAP and I want my payouts on time. If I have a question, I don't want to be left hanging and never get a response.

 

I can also tell if a site is worth my time by the support they give - I.E. if they won't support you, then should you count on anything else from the site or even consider an upgrade? You can also tell if the site is important to the owner by the support; left for days with no response means they don't care and probably won't pay on time either if at all.

 

It is also to do with the little things like reporting a framebreaking, virus ridden site several times and nothing happens. Even if the admin doesn't respond directly to you, you can see the site disappears. Do they seem like they are bothered by your requests? Do they seem to care about your business?

 

Do they actually follow through? No matter how much you like a site, admin, or support - if you continually have to fight the site to use it and it doesn't get better after support requests, why continue?

 

Service will always help determine how successful something is. If someone slaps up an online something just expecting to have money pouring in without addressing customer service is a business that probably won't last. We have seen this too much

Hi the customer support is really important to create a colaborative environment between the customer/user and the seller/admin.

 

Both are beneficied by the suport comtact , for,one side the user get the informarion or help and the seller/admin  get info of how to 

 

improve his own business.

customer support is the lifeblood of

 the website, as you can see on my websites i have installed tawk.to chat applet meaning you're still a visitor i ask you what can i do to help you

or are you looking for something specific, im there to assist the visitor find what it is fast because it's my website and i know my way around. saves them time and money
