Why are PTPs banned from TE sites?

I think they consider TE Traffic low quality traffic. Beside that, I think it's because de resolution where the ad (PTP page) is shown - in general if the window is too small the PTP hit will be invalid.

Anyway, everyone should read TOS before advertising PTP programs. Every site has their own rules. If you don't like them, don't play along with them

Many PTP sites have iframes and redirecting - thats one reason why they are banned

I'm a little surprised. It's been awhile since I saw a Donkeymails ad anywhere. I was of the impression (as it seems other are as well) that PTP(Paid to Promote) sites were not well received anymore. I was also of the impression that a number of them were shut down as scam sites or were themselves being scammed.I was also of the impression that many of them were banned from TE's.  Can anybody shed some light on this?
