I don't believe it is fair to label every program whose commission structure is a matrix as a 'scam'.  As long as money is being traded for a product/service and not just a spot in

the matrix, I don't really care if a matrix is used.

PennyPays is ANYTHINHG but a scam and I have many payment proofs to dispute that statement.
