My question is based on what happened recently, I'm on the site for a long time and made another request for payment

But then my account was suspended with claim that another account used the same IP, only here in my country in ~ 99% of IP are dynamic and have practically sure that there are several members who at some point access to the same IP

 

Not to mention that the site's forum even has several complaints of delays payment extensions.
