Although JB says he has options with him to decide from, I feel he has missed the bus by hanging onto his decision for too long. many members,read surfers, also have cancelled their zubee pack subscriptions

Agreed.  The longer he waits the worse it will get.  Supposedly JB will have an answer in January but there is no update to the members so we don't really know if he is working on the payment processor issue or not.

 

Concerning the power pack subscriptions, JB already stated they were a mistake so I don't think he minds if members cancel them.  I'm holding onto mine for now.

Worrying thing is that now even basic support tickets are not getting answered. Payment issues can be understood to some extent but not responding / no proper resolution to support tickets is not ok

How long have you been waiting to get a support ticket answered?

One ticket was opened on 27th NOV which was replied to only once,.But subsequent follow-up related to that was not responded to and issue remained unresolved. Another ticket logged in 4 days back and no response. Same issue faced with some other members from my team including some Te owners.

we all need to be patient, it same as the TE industry… Things will be changing!

while everyone researches their option, payment processor, etc. funds need to be build up, it's not something that can be done overnight.

there is a TAT -> TURN AROUND TIME TOO. Sadly the same has got exceeded. Reposing some faith in bitcoin concept as mode of pay could have solved this issue fast

I have used Bitcoin a little, but I don't particularly like it.

Payza works for me too... and I started to collect BitCoins recently... just having fun as I don't have much time to stay online.

Many members are opposing bitcoin and most of these are Te owners .And no wonder why

Reasons  -> volatile rate of bitcoin which may risk their wallet . Another reason ->There are so many bitcoin faucets that the te owners are afraid that their TE's will become redundant since many users will switch over to bitcoin collection..

And the second reason no TE owner will acknowledge in the open .

So despite vehmently denying the fact by many Te owners, the fact is that bitcoin concept or crypto currency is here to stay for atleast next 4-5 years albeit with govt regulations which i foresee coming as it gains popularity
