I may be a bit biased as I own the site , but Banner Mastery offers some of the best deals online for banner advertising across multiple websites and networks.

PTC sites that have forced view are good to advertise banners. Also Adhitz network works fine.

Frankly, I prefer to do my own advertising.

 

I like sites that let me list my banners and I advertise my banners myself!

 

I like to see my results from my own efforts!
