I think they are good ways to establish a relationship with your customers.

I always send a welcoming letter.  I do not think of my contacts as customers.  I view them as potential friends.  I offer to help them.  I send encouraging follow-ups.  I do not spam them with daily emails.   Just remember how you want to be treated.  Especially when you were a newbie!

be treated. No multiple emails in SAME DAY, I provide informative content,

my help when needed, and laughter for cheers.

I do, as I think it is the best way to establish a relationship with my list. Better than blasting an offer on the first email before building trust.

I have often wonder if it helps them to let them know you are human.

 

Sometimes, I also feel as though for some marketers. It can get out of control with sending letters.

I don't send welcome letters to programs that don't build a team anymore...

 

But I always send a welcome letter to my SFI downline...
