software that won't uninstall

I recently downloaded 5kplayer, but I disliked it after using and went to uninstall

But it won't let me, as I get a error message, "Uninstall has deteted 5kplayer is in use and can't be unistalled

Even though I'm not using it, anyone got any idea how I can get rid of this?

This usually happens when a programs is running in the background all the time. If you right click on your task bar and choose "Task Manager" and see if you can tell if the program is running. Then just shut it off and try to uninstall again. If that doesn't work, try rebooting in "Safe Mode" (reboot and hold down "F8" key usually and choose "Safe mode" from the options) and uninstall it that way then reboot normally.
