99% of Cloud mining sites  are scam.

If a cloud mining sites does not pay

It will collect the money for hashpower

and make first payment.

Thereafter since the money is not there for the hashpower

It will collect the money from clients and make no further payments

Moonbitco.in has a payout thresh hold of 25000 satoshis and ,as far as I know, cannot be changed. I have been a member for some time and have seen automatic payouts only after reaching the 25000 point.
