3.Custodian of trusted funds by those who Invest in the Proposed site.

 

4.He should have capacity to meet up the financials needs of his clients online

 

5.He does the site maintenance

 

6.He should not be Anonymous.

 

7,He should have a fixed contact business address,with pictures if possible and not  Box Mail address

 

8.His Cell Number should accessible and Office Number.

 

9.If his business has issues.He should inform his clients about it rather than shutting it down unnoticed to public.

10.The Admin Guy should have a good support tickets service.

 

11.The Admin Guy must have Integrity and reputation online.
