I created this thread with a view to sharing ideas, thoughts and feedback on techniques and strategies for Team Building & Team Challenges.

Have you ever noticed that most successful Team's or Network's have regular Challenges to keep their people engaged on working towards a positive goal or milestone?

Have you ever taken part in any team building challenges or have you ever launched your own challenge?

I think it would be interesting to learn what our MC Community thinks about Team Building & New Team Challenges.

I never used to pay much attention to challenges, however I learned that it can be a great way to not only get people interested but also to get people engaged with what you are offering, Most Challenges offer great incentives for taking part, I think the only downside to a challenge is you have to put in some effort, stay focused and committed which is actually an upside.

So... Please leave some feedback below and share your experience with Team Building & Team Challenges + let us know about what you like or dislike about Team Building & Team Challenges.

When I worked at Lockheed, they would always send the senior teams to the off campus workshops where you had to participate in these silly games and trust challenges, etc.  I was just playing the games, trying to show Enthusiasm and cheerfulness so your managers would see that you were a team player.  I thought during my corporate career that being a team player just meant kissing enough A** to keep your job and keep moving up.

Become your own Team Leader

However, when I started on this journey of online marketer, MLM enthusiast, home based business thingy, having a team became a necessity.  You can not survive without a team. Finding a team leader is the hard part until you realize that you got to be the team leader.

Motivate Your Team with the "Little Things"

Then you have to deal with motivating your team.  What a real problem.  However, in this case it is the little things that count.

A few years ago ezine.com sent out coffee cups to their article contributors.  you would have though they had given me a $1,000 dollars.

Remember your team members.  I had committed to a program that costs me over $500.00 a month to promote.  i was following my upline in every way I could.  If he said join it.  I did , If he said buy it, I did.  Then a few months in I get an email that he ihas switched programs without giving me a heads up.  I stopped the program immediately.  I was so mad.

Pay attention to Your Downline

When your referral upgrades,  unsubscibes, opt out.  Find out Why?

stop sending them the canned emails for someone who has not joined our program.

Share Everything

The hardest thing to for a lot of newbies is to create a funnel to get leads and sales and build their email lists.  This is one of those critical elements that can make the difference between success and failure.  Make sure that your new recruits have a way to get this valuable resource for FREE is possible.  Make sure they have the follow up emails to send.  and perhaps an extraordinary lead magnet to get people into their funnel.  If you have a way to do all of this which I found with The Viral Team Builder.  You have a winning formula .

The Challenge is to give your team as many ways to earn money as possible.  I am always on the look-out for programs, systems and automated money makers.  When you find these golden nuggets share them your team.with perhaps a challenge to create x number of ways to advertise the product.  Who can give away the most ebooks?

Just give away this free e-book...If you can click a mouse, YOU can earn with this free e-book.Begin earning in just 10 minutes from now. Try This Team Builder.

Just my 20 cents.  One of the best things you can do for your team is to create Branded Products.  These products will create their own referrals.  When you talk about giving first to get more later.  Great Branded Products can create real Viral Marketing.
