Just Wanted to say Hi

I am new here and really hope that I am following the correct process or as we would say in Scotland making a complete balls of it, my name is Richard and I have been dabbling online for the the last few years on and off, my working career was generally spent in financial services account management positions and generally sales. I love learning and new ideas & processes are always welcome, this is really the first time I have got involved with forums so apologies if I have not followed the rules but glad to be here.
