essentialsoflife Posted March 30, 2017 Report Posted March 30, 2017 I've been trying a few traffic exchanges (dabbling a bit in the free stuff while testing my landing pages before committing to paying for advertisement) and have found that I rarely get above 10 page views a day - a better average of 5 - after assigning 300+ credits to my page. Is this normal? I'm using:WebBizInsiderTopTierTrafficSplashPageSurferListSurferSocialSurf4U (this one has a higher daily average, but also a higher surf:traffic ratio) I quit using TopSurfer altogether because I couldn't get it to work at all with 5000 credits and support never responded. I'm considering using Big Beach Hits. If I should only expect 5-10 views a day from each exchange then I'm going to need to back off a bit on my surfing and turn my focus elsewhere for a bit while my credits get used Quote Receive our Introduction to Essential Oils seriesMy Blog: http://kindredspiritforhealthandhome.com Sharing Our Love for God & His Gift of Essential OilsOn Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/use.essential.oils.daily/
Darren Olander Posted March 30, 2017 Report Posted March 30, 2017 The top 3 are Matthew Graves sites which seem to be overloaded with credits - I have hundreds of thousands of unused credits in WebBizInsider... whenever that happens with a TE the delivery will be really bad. List Surfing is different, you don't assign credits to your sites. You will want to use your credits to send email ads. As long as you are active your sites are rotated for free to the surfers, you should watch the training if youhaven't already. Quote Founder of Marketing CheckpointMy Blog

Guest mrclean0325 Posted March 31, 2017 Report Posted March 31, 2017 This is the unfortunate bane of traffic exchanges (and mailers too). Some sites will give you a lot of clicks, but no sales, while others will have few clicks with more sales, others will chew through a ton of credits fast with no results at all, and others you will accumulate thousands of credits and they do nothing. It comes down to where you are getting the most return for your effort. It is silly to throw money away on sites that produce no results. The smartest thing is to find a handful that produce and work the daylights out of them and roll any commissions back into them for upgrades. Then when you get them going, do it again with a different handful. I have also found just because a site has a lot of members or is more well known doesn't mean it works better. If you look at all the "Top 10" sites around the web, they all have a slightly different take on the Top 10. If you start out with the ones common in these lists would be a good start. I have gotten 2 subscribers in a week from his sites, so I can't complain too much! I am fairly happy with List Surfing. Thanks to all for the replies! Since the traffic appears to be normal for these sites, I won't panic and will check out a couple of others on my list. Clare Bowen Posted March 31, 2017 Report Posted March 31, 2017 I'm not a fan of surfing, which is ironic I guess, since I lead a surfing team :-) I have and will always be a mailer girl at heart :-) Anyway, I started online with TEs and by far the best opportunities have come to me though "social surfing" - teams, interactive games etc. I made many great contacts early online at a TE called Trafficera, which I no longer use because I now use Traffic Swirl for this instead (most of my team are using it). Once you get to know people, they learn to trust you, and you do better. So branding and networking, and through that, results start to come in the form of sign ups. At least that's how it worked out for me :-) Quote
ajay_dce Posted April 2, 2017 Report Posted April 2, 2017 some old and reliable exchanges like Trafficexchangewiz, sunshinesurfclub, trafficspeedway come to my mind which act as value for money in terms of views to your promotions and sign ups.and yes there are many others which don't yield any results despite one having thousands of credits Quote
buildtraffic200 Posted December 24, 2017 Report Posted December 24, 2017 If you are in the make money online niche, I suggest that you don't give up on TEs altogether. Persistence and consistency is the key. As a previous user mentioned, you really need to find a handful of TEs that work for you and stick to them. I think upgrading to those TEs is a great idea as it saves you time. I am upgraded at 4 TEs at the moment. How will you know which TEs work best for your promotions? Track your links and monitor the results frequently. Bruno Duarte 1 Quote Feel free to connect with me here: WealthyAffiliate.com Need more leads on social media? This free training will help.
Bruno Duarte Posted January 7, 2018 Report Posted January 7, 2018 My recommendation is to really use a tracker to see which TE´s are producing the best results, and stick with those. Splash pages tend to have a better effect on TEs than landing pages or sales pages too. TomOswald 1 Quote http://thedreamlifestyleforyou.com/images/468x60-a6.jpg
aprild.marketing Posted January 7, 2018 Report Posted January 7, 2018 Some traffic exchanges distribute credits very slowly and are just a waste of time. I use viralurl.com to track all my links to see which traffic exchanges are actually performing. I don't surf anymore because my PC tends to get viruses from surfing and it's not worth the risk. However, I used to get good results from easyhits4u.com and trafficg.com ... they both allow 1:1 surfing ratio for free members and USA targeted traffic. Quote >> My Passive Income Blog <<
