Matt Koshko Posted July 2, 2013 Report Posted July 2, 2013 The past week it had been raining nearly every day, on and off. I'm not sure why but rain dampens my energy, willingness to work. Maybe it's not the rain but it's the lack of sunlight...I'm not quite sure. Anyone else in that same boat? If so, any suggestions how to get around the problem? Quote Hustle. Ben Holsinger Posted July 2, 2013 Report Posted July 2, 2013 Yeah man it's killing me here in Charlotte, Nc. I am like this every time it rains..especially when it rains for multiple days in a row like it has been here) Quote
Guest Posted July 3, 2013 Report Posted July 3, 2013 In north-eastern Italy, where I live, it rains almost always .... apart reumatism issues, I overcame it all thinking that: it helps nature to stay healthy, provides water to stray animals, washes away bad thoughts and .... even the sun needs some rest. It works great for me ... Quote
Lisa Martiniuk Posted July 5, 2013 Report Posted July 5, 2013 Interestingly enough, we had a downpour last night, and lost power for over an hour, which of course, gave me a break from my online business. This morning was sunny and warm. I went out picking wild strawberries..it certainly took some time before my little container was filled. Then the raindrops started to fall, and I was happy for an excuse to go inside and focus on my online business. Quote
Nataliya Shumylo Posted July 5, 2013 Report Posted July 5, 2013 I used to live in Indiana but I hated its weather. Its raining way too much there. I remember I even used to call it raindiana. I am in Texas now. It's hot , but sunshine daily and I am not depressed. Quote
Milind Koppikar Posted July 7, 2013 Report Posted July 7, 2013 Hi, When there was a heavy downpour in my place there used to be power cuts. It was distressing as my normal work schedule got affected. So i had recently installed UPS for backup power which lasts for 8 hours. So i either continue with my work or spend time with family or read something motivational. So rain or no rain, my mood is fine now. Quote
