I can see an argument for it but it seems like a dumb move to me. I actually don't use Chrome much anymore... I much prefer Edge.

When creating new tabs, there is an annoying delay that sometimes borders on stalling out completely. This didn't appear till a couple of months ago.

I also prefer Firefox even though I too have noticed delays when opening multiple tabs. The response times still beat all the others mentioned.

I only use chrome for mining and that not too often now. It seems that, like Google, it wants to spy on everything I do. Getting really tired of this intrusive spyware.

I use Waterfox myself. It was 64bit Firefox before there was a 64bit Firefox. It's also a little bit behind the current Firefox version, but, I dunno I just like it better.

i switched back and forth using firefox and brave, but i prefer firefox over brave.

it's a good thing for me to stop auto play videos since here our isp is not unlimited, so it consumes all the unnecessary bandwidth without me knowing it.
