I currently have the  coinpayments wallet . Is there a way to buy bitcoins on coinpayments.com?

 

 

I also  bought some bitcoin on some site. I can't remember the name of it. It was a scam and I got ripped off. I want to be very careful . I want to buy some bitcoin.

 

Does anybody have any recommendations where to buy bitcoin from a legitimate site?

Coinbase.com and Gemini.com work the best for most people. As far as I know you can't through coinpayments, it is meant for payment processing primarily.

Short answer is no. 

 

Long answer is you could Buy Bitcoin from somewhere else like Uphold or Wirex which allows the purchase of Bitcoin using credit/debit cards and then transfer that to a Coinpayments wallet address.
