Do You Want Someone To Give You A Fish For A Day Or Teach You How To Fish For A Lifetime?

For me, I'm looking for workers that prefer that you teach them how to fish so that they can find their own fishes (PSAs and PRMs) instead of giving them a fish for a day .

I'll teach him how to fish it's better that way for me, since i will teach him a trade for him to last a lifetime and he can reproduce his own money for living.
