Does timing really matter?

So I was thinking of this from a people perspective, when are people usually checking their email? Which led me to this question- when is the best time to send your safelist mailings? What are your thoughts...

I did test this a bit a few years ago and didn't find any significant difference to when you send safelist mails. For your own personal autoresponder the morning has been better, but safelists it doesn't seem to matter - what matters more is that you send frequently so avoid missing mailings or significant time between mailings to get the most exposure.

hello actually any time of the day is great.

just send them religiously , and every day to get signups, do the consecutive mailings, what's works best for me.
