I think it's time he was taken down.Hey viraladstore.com I tried to join your program and captcha kept failing. firebyfifty Posted November 9, 2019 Report Posted November 9, 2019 Hi Everyone, If I have 1 thing to thank Matthew for it is for helping me to find my way to this forum! About 18 months, maybe 2 years ago I took the dive back in to the world of online marketing after a break of 5 or 6 years. I somehow stumbled across the pre- launch of Matthew's Your Success Advantage, thought it looked innovative and a fit for a project I had in mind. But yes, same old story as I am seeing here. Paid my 1k USD which is significant for anyone, yes even those elusive 7 figure earner guru's, they don't become 7 figure earners being scammed by pond filth! For me that was 1500 AUD, over a weeks pay for the average Aussie Earner before tax, not cheap. I have received nothing! In fact, I have received literally about 100 emails from Matthew trying to upsell me with upgrades at his various mailers as this will allow him to make me more commissions using my YSA account. Problem is, YSA founding membership offered a 12 month upgrade at all his sites! Why on earth is he trying to sell me upgrades I have purchased but not received. So after lots of hassling I managed to get him to agree to my upgrades which he did apply to 1 of his sites that he has just relaunched but not the rest. I stressed to Matthew that a large part of why I purchased his YSA product and service was for those upgrades on ALL of his sites. Crickets....... Anyway, you all know the grotty fluff he has been selling without delivering so I won't go in to more detail. What are everyone's thoughts on a formal complaint to my bank + various other avenues such as fraud complaints. I know I won't get my money back and I know I will lose what little value I get from YSA (membership at all his mailers which I could have got for free without YSA!). But hey, even if it only slightly annoys him, wastes five minutes of his time etc that is still a win for me. Thoughts? The only thing holding me back is I don't want to be that guy who complains just because they don't like the product they ended up with, am I wrong in thinking I have a right to take action considering in reality I haven't received my purchase? But hey! On the bright side, thank you Matthew! I am now a forum user! CheersNate So after some lengthy discussions with my bank as well as some expensive conversations with my lawyer I have contacted Matthew Graves with my initial request for a refund. Of course, I hold little hope that Matthew Graves has any honour whatsoever and little hope that I will be refunded. In fact, my legal representation will very quickly cost me more than Matthew Graves stole from me but I simply cannot let it stand. It will be worth every red cent to take a stand against this alleged thief. I will post any further updates as they occur. firebyfifty Posted November 12, 2019 Report Posted November 12, 2019 What did your bank / credit card say? I am curious My bank has a policy where they will protect me against fraudulent activities however this must be done within a certain time frame which I may have missed. At this point, the bank is investigating on their end for me but what they actually do I am not sure. There are 3 possible outcomes:1. Bank refunds me and does nothing further as goodwill - covered by their insurance.2. Bank refunds me and chases Matthew legal - My hope is this one as they will have more power than I do!3. Bank decides I had ample opportunity to report this at the time and as I waited so long it isn't considered fraud - most likely outcome. BUT, if you are ever scammed, it just goes to show the earlier you reach out to your bank or whatever other financial service provider you use the better off you will be. The bank also flags the transaction details as fraud and will warn other customers if Matthew hasn't changed his details yet. downliner Posted December 7, 2019 Report Posted December 7, 2019 Heads up everyone the guy is back. I've been receiving multiple emails daily from him regarding his soon to launch Web's Best Traffic site where already he is charging "Early bird" discounts. At the end of the day if you are joining something to make money but are never getting paid the only reason left to continue to use it would be the traffic it provides to other sites you promote that actually pay but for me if both sides are not solid then the whole thing collapses eventually. Would you keep working in a job that doesn't pay you? If i join a site for traffic and I enjoy using it then I may want others to experience it by joining me but if I am joining for Traffic and find no point in referring then who is going to continue to use the Traffic element knowing that 100% of your purchases are going to a scam owner? So yeah be prepared for what's coming because Matthew still thinks he is an authority in this industry and at this point I don't think he will ever be in a position to redeem himself. I shudder to think of the accumulated, unpaid commission he must now owe on most if not all of his sites. I don't see how he could come back from this. As an aside someone needs to get onto Stripe which he uses for his CC payments and give them a link to this page as I think it explains quite well just how much of a con man Mr Graves really is. Also for anyone who used a CC to join his sites simply contact your bank to initiate a charge back as this not only gets you your money back but also comes with a charge back fee to the Stripe account used to facilitate the transaction. Before you know it the account will be in negative and that should prompt Stripe to act to prevent further charge backs. Margot Lawrence 1 Quote Owner of The Downliner, VMPayday and Trck.Biz
Kai Kauai Posted December 7, 2019 Report Posted December 7, 2019 I recently read some of his interactions with people to whom he owed commissions and it was alarming. Instead of showing some humility and being apologetic for the the delay, he basically told people that the more they hounded him about his lack of payment, the further down the list of his priorities he would put them. I have shared messages with others to warn them that he is not someone to get involved with. downliner 1 Quote Keepin' it simple - show up every day, drive traffic, test conversions, Repeat...Oh yeah, and build a list

Fenix Posted January 5, 2020 Report Posted January 5, 2020 Glad I found this forum feed. I'm a member of nearly all of Matt's cloned sites. Luckily I have not purchased anything from Matt. I was going to start utilizing his 'paid' version starting this year (2020) but thankfully I have been informed from this post. And to Zanezim, I'm assuming you're a business partner of Matt's? Otherwise you would be concerned for the weill being of others. Of course we 'learn from it and move on', but It's a person's due diligence to 'alert' people of great concern's when it comes to investing money into programs, escpecially when they themselves are out money. With this said, I've had no issue with Matt's sites themselves. I surf, get credits and advertise. My credits earn are pretty accurate. I have no clue if my ad's are really doing anything because I've yet to get a single referral or lead from my posts. I'm not worried about that as much because that falls on me for not being truly very active. So my results are going to be very low or none at all. I also cannot comment on the responsiveness of support, as I have not had to use it. All in all, Its up to me to keep surfing for 'free' or take the risk and purchse some ads, or even become a business partner. Anyways, this is a great post and one that is very informative. Quote

You purchased a product under false pretense. What you were told you would get you did not receive, therefore obvious fraud. Also, you can add to your suit with deprivation. Deprivation of a product you purchased but did not get. So from the time that you would have your product until now is a deprived loss which can be recovered by tort damages ( lawsuit). Basically, this means you've lose the enjoyment of your product for xxxx amont of time, and Matt is entitled to pay for that loss of enjoyment. Your suit can add up substantially. And one I would recommend pursuing. hope this helps Quote

For me, it hurt at the time, but was not something that broke me and I have (for now) tried to move on and focus on positive projects I am working on. But thanks for the tip and support, I will certainly take a bit of time to look in to this option and see if it is worth the risk / cost. Understand yes there are bad eggs and it's usually those marketing something that you would consider too good to be true and with very short timeframes given to achieve such results. However as you have seen from this Forum there are good eggs. Learn to spot the difference and you'll do much better in your chosen profession. Sounds like he is getting desperate now as he is also offering everyone who joins $100 if they fail. Now where did I hear that guarantee before? Ah yes Email Syndicate except in their marketing videos they didn't mention the $100 was just a number added to your account with a minimum withdrawal figure at $400 so you can never actually withdraw it unless you market their products for them with their referral link and make around 7 cents a click. You can imagine how many emails you would have to send out to get to that minimum withdrawal figure and in their case even those who did manage the minimum withdrawal were just ignored Quote Owner of The Downliner, VMPayday and Trck.Biz
