Yes, there are numerous New Mailers & Safelists.

 

Currently, I’m a member of hundreds of Viral Mailers and constantly looking for new ones to join.

It's very good that many new mailers come out. I join most of new sites too, but I continue using regularly only those that perform well and where membership is steadily growing. I always track opt-in conversions and sort out sites that work best. Otherwise I would very possibly burn out if I try to use them all on a daily basis.
