How to join FourPercent.com Affiliate Program

Hello,  So I have seen ads pop up for this Mass Traffic Blueprint or something.  I found out that this is actually to do with a site called FourPercent.com.  On closer inspection it's some sort of Funnel Builder - some kind of DFY System deal.  I looked it was like $100 to join and not even sure about how much this is with the upsells (if there is any)

Anyway I am the author of a few websites one is ibusinesstoday.com and I am using this to post about affiliate marketing and web development.  I just finished a review for 12 minute affiliate looking at reviewing maybe the John Crestiani Super Affiliate System next but I would also like to take a look fourpercent.com but if I review I would like to leave an affiliate link in case anybody wants to buy.

Can anyone help with this?

Are you looking for a free affiliate program? As far as I know, only paid members can promote it.
