Over time I used mailers and traffic exchanges.

If traffic exchanges bring more traffic, the best results for what I promote, I got them from mailers.

I'd prefer mailers over traffic exchanges any day.

Mailers, defo.  I tried traffic exchanges many years ago and did not get any results.  Mailers I use daily and have a huge list of work done plus the automatic ones which are set up.  There are now some new traffic exchanges out there which are working for most and long as you are promoting a landing page, lead magnet for example and not the main offer/package.  I find getting to know the community works if you are able to plan this in as part of your online schedules!

You have to know how to handle them. And know that ONCE is not the way to advertise. Mcdonalds doesnt use a method once either. It takes multiple times
