The problem with sites like Adfly is most exchanges won't allow it or ban it shortly after you list it because of they are mostly frame breakers. You get paid more for having  frame breakers but hard to list them so it's pretty difficult to make money with it. The links are very annoying to most people.

Thanks for confirming what i felt about it a while ago ..  it was worse when people figured out how to complain about it directly to me.  It was creepy and interesting at the same time...  it over-all didn't feel correct and disrupted the surfing flow.

I think the ads still frequently contain prompts to download software that you don't actually want or need.
