I just received this today:

Hello Steve,

We answer all support tickets, not sure why you wouldn't have received a reply...but, we had to stop the cron and we are now waiting on new hard drive for the new server.

Please be patient. We hope to have it up very soon.

Here's the latest after I received a couple of emails that said that the link had expired: :

 

"Steve Jones,

Our customer support team personnel has replied to your support request #863583

Hello Steve,

We had to get a new server and hard drive.

They could be the emails that were in queue.

It could take a few days or so to get caught up.

We will monitor and go from there.
