I need help finding twitter lists

I don't know how to find lists/goups on twitter, can anyone tell me how to do it?

You can use google to search for lists, for example enter this into the search box but replace with any keywords:

 

site:twitter.com inurl:lists

 

for example search using:

 

site:twitter.com inurl:lists marketing

to find lists that use the keyword marketing

 

I'm curious how you would use these lists though?

This question is mostly one of curiosity as I have heard them mentioned a number of times in material I have downloaded. I did not know they existed as such and was curious to know about them.
