I need advice please!

Hello my name is Stephen Hastings I bought a text ad exchange and a mailer and I am having problems getting traffic. I have sent out alot of email through credit mailers and i have joined a lot of traffic exchanges and i can seem to get anywhere. I need help please im trying to run a successful business online so i can grow a larger business. And I am failing if anyone could help i would appreciate it. My biggest problem is i cant afford to join all these programs that cost 10 dollars to join to possibly make a commission. Please help thank you.

You don't have a problem. You just need to Advertise, Advertise, and Advertise...

 

Now, that you're the owner of your own site you need to generate traffic to your own sites.

 

BTW, how many mailers and traffic exchanges have you joined?

 

I have joined hundreds of viral mailers and Traffic Exchanges...

To begin with, if you Google 'text ad exchange' there are over 7 million listings. Why would someone pick yours to join if they did manage to see it?

 

You need to stand out from the crowd and to be honest, yours doesn't.

What specific advantage gets user of your text ad exchange and/or mailer for using them?

 

What is your USP?

 

I mean, after the registering page in text ad exchange, is there some upsell/second offer ("join my mailer and get extra X,XXX credits)? And same after the registering page in mailer?

Dear Stephen,

I couldn't access the first web site at the time of writing.

 

The second in your list has a great header, and looks well thought out. With only 14 members how do you offer to mail 10,000? Maybe, you should explain further.

Secondly, one thing that makes Darren Olander's mailers so great is that they offer on-site mailboxes which means members don't get flooded with thousands of emails. Is it possible to add this feature? It is a great USP!

Thirdly, can you add Dogecoin, Litecoin, Etherium, and Swisscoin as payment methods?

I use Coinpayments.net

This would give you another USP.

Hi Stephen,

 

First thing I notice about your site is the header - to be honest it could be a lot more eye-catching and professional-looking. If it looks as though you care enough about the site to put in the time and effort to create a great design then that will encourage more people to check it out.

 

Next thing I noticed - there is an announcement reading:

 

"All payment processor buttons disabled until Relaunch October 8, 2016. Signup FREE and build your team NOW!"

 

Obviously that's out of date now... I can understand you may be getting a bit disheartened but if you keep tweeking and working at the site I believe you can make it work... but not if you have out-of-date announcements on there. After all, if it looks like you've abandoned the site how will members expect to be paid?

 

Finally, when a site like yours is new and doesn't have many members then (as Nigel Barksfield said) sending out emails to the member base isn't initially going to be an incentivizing factor. What is going to draw people in is the chance to make big commissions by promoting the site as an affiliate. Think about reviewing your commissions rates - as they stand at the moment they aren't providing that much of an incentive for people to join and upgrade. There are a lot of sites using the same script that offer much better commissions, and you're offering the same cut to free members when a referral upgrades as you are to JV and SuperJV members. At the moment I can't see much of a reason to upgrade.

 

I hope you don't take these suggestions as a criticism - I think your site does have potential - just needs a little more work. Once you get it right you are likely to find more IMers with large lists and downlines are going to want to promote it for you and that's when it will start to grow...

another thing that you could try that others have not mentioned as yet is to see if you can get some JV Partners who also have their own TAE's and see if they would be willing to do a cross promotion with you.

 

This was how I first started up my own TAE's  today I am looking at over 1000 members in one of mine and 900 in another.

 

Really all it takes is perserverance ...creativity... and others willing to help you.
