I coined the following phrase, years ago, when I was matriculating through a psyche course.  It was applicable to that profession and is also important in marketing.  Your sales will increase if you are able to reach people at an emotional level.  Here is my quote:

 

"EMOTIONS ARE STRONGER THAN INTELLECT"  [Jerry Levine]
